1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Calculus Master (the “Service”), available at calculusmasterr.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Calculus Master provides study guides, worked examples, practice questions, and a structured study plan for AP Calculus and related mathematics. Content is provided for educational purposes and is offered on an “as is” basis without any guarantee of a particular exam score or outcome.
3. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- One account per person. Do not share accounts or credentials.
- You must verify your email address to use account features.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, or redistribute the lessons, questions, or other content.
- Scrape or bulk-download the Service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Disrupt the Service or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission.
- Use the Service to break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
5. Intellectual property
All lessons, explanations, question banks, graphics, and site design are owned by Calculus Master and its founder and are protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study while your account is active. No other rights are granted.
6. Subscriptions and payment
- Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content is free of mistakes. Your exam results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calculus Master will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. On termination your licence to use the content ends.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown by a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law rules.
